Assemblers, Assemble!

All hands on deck.

The planets aligned, with Rachel's Big Move and Sarah's birthday converging on Salt Lake City for a one weekend move-in party extravaganza. Someone lit the "Tile!" bat signal, and Beth responded like the hero she is. Even Jen and Adrienne interrupted their vacation to answer the call. On Friday evening, 1319 S 300E was a disaster zone, with tile demolition underway, plastic sheeting in the doorways, disassembled beds leaning against walls, stacked boxes impeding foot traffic and free seed potatoes mouldering on the back steps. By Monday morning the place was an oasis of calm and tastefully placed artwork. In addition to setting up house, we also managed a birthday breakfast, church with Levi, Pina coladas, an Aunt Shirley memorial shoe show, and high speed scooter escapades.
